Million Dollar Pie
Ingredients
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 large pkg frozen strawberries drained
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 12 c lemon juice add last
- 9-inch unbaked pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1 c dark corn syrup
- 12 c sugar
- 14 c melted margarine
- 1 c canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c pecan halves
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 and prepare pie crust
- Then with a hand beater or wire whisk beat the eggs well
- Beat in the next 5 ingredients until well blended
- Now arrange the pecans in the bottom of the pie crust
- Slowly pour the egg mixture over them Bake for 1 hour or until a knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean
- Let it cool then serve it with good old whipped cream
