Millionaire Salad

Ingredients

• 2 eggs slightly beaten
• 5 Tbsp lemon juice
• 5 Tbsp sugar
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 12 lb mini marshmallows
• 14 c slivered almonds
• 1 qt Cool Whip
• 3 cut up bananas
• 1 can pineapple tidbits
• 1 can white pitted cherries

Directions

1. Add lemon juice sugar butter and marshmallows to slightly beaten eggs
2. Cook until dissolved then cool to room temperature Add fruit and nuts
3. Fold in whipped cream
4. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and freeze overnight
5. Remove from freezer 12 hour before serving
