Minced Clam Dip

Ingredients
- 1 green pepper diced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 c bread crumbs
- parsley oregano and lemon to taste
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 cans minced clams
- Cheddar cheese shredded
Directions
- Saute clams for 10 minutes and leave juice
- Saute pepper and onion with margarine adding lemon to taste for 10 minutes Combine above ingredients and add 1 cup bread crumbs
- Season with parsley and oregano
- Mix well top with shredded Cheddar cheese Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
