Mincemeat Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. applesauce, spice or carrot cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 jar mincemeat
- 1 c. nuts (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Bake at 350° for 60 to 65 minutes in a tube pan that has been greased and floured.
