Minestrone Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 1 c chopped onions
- 12 c sliced celery
- 2 Tbsp Wesson oil or olive oil
- 6 c chicken broth
- 1 15 oz can Hunts tomato sauce
- 12 c shell macaroni
- 14 tsp garlic powder
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 16 oz bag mixed vegetables frozen
- 1 15 oz can red kidney beans drained
Directions
- In large saucepan saute onions and celery until soft
- Stir in broth and tomato sauce bring to a boil
- Add frozen vegetables pasta garlic powder and pepper
- Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes
- Add kidney beans and simmer 5 minutes longer
