Mini-Cheesecakes

Ingredients
- Nilla wafers
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 12 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions
- Place 1 wafer in each foil-lined muffin pan
- Combine cream cheese sugar and vanilla
- Beat well and add eggs
- Mix well Fill muffin cups 34 full
- Bake at 325 for 25 minutes
- Let cool
- Chill
- Top with pie filling
- Makes 1 dozen
