Mini-Reuben Hors DOeuvres
Ingredients
- 1 pkg rye cocktail bread
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 12 lb corned beef
- 12 lb Swiss cheese
- Thousand Island salad dressing
Directions
- Layer bread slices on cookie sheet
- Put a teaspoon of dressing then a piece of corned beef sauerkraut and top with a small piece of Swiss cheese
- Put under broiler for 3 minutes
