Mini Cheese Balls

Ingredients
- 2 lb cream cheese
- 1 14 lb shredded Cheddar
- 3 c crushed pineapple well drained
- 1 Tbsp seasoned salt
- 12 large chopped onion
- 2 small green peppers
Directions
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy and add other ingredients
- Mix well
- Use medium size melon ball scoop
- Make into balls Roll in finely chopped nuts
- Refrigerate
- Makes 125 balls
- Great for weddings
