Mini Cheese Cakes

Ingredients
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- vanilla wafers
- pie filling cherry or blueberry
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine the first 4 ingredients in mixer until smooth
- Put cupcake holders in muffin pan
- Place vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake holder
- Fill 12 to 23 full with cream cheese mixture
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 Cool top with pie filling
