Mini Cheese Cakes
Ingredients
- 12 c graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp margarine melted
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 14 c sugar
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 10 oz jar cherry preserves
Directions
- Combine crumbs and butter mixing well
- Line muffin pans with paper liners
- Spoon graham cracker mixture into each liner Press into bottom
- Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy Gradually add sugar
- Mix well
- Add egg and vanilla beating well
- Spoon into liners
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
