Mini Cheese Cakes
Ingredients
- 24 vanilla wafers
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 34 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions
- Place a vanilla wafer flat side down in 24 cupcake cups Beat cream cheese sugar eggs and vanilla
- Spoon into cups and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes
- Cool and top with cherry pie filling
- Makes 24 cakes
