Mini Cheese Cakes

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• vanilla wafers
• pie filling cherry or blueberry

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine the first 4 ingredients in mixer until smooth
3. Put cupcake holders in muffin pan
4. Place vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake holder
5. Fill 12 to 23 full with cream cheese mixture
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 Cool top with pie filling
