Mini Individual Cheese Cakes
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 34 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- vanilla wafers
Directions
- Put a wafer in the bottom of a cupcake cup mix together remaining ingredients
- Bake at 375 for 12 minutes
- Let cool Top with pie filling cherries blueberries etc
