Mini Kisses

Ingredients

• 2 egg whites
• 23 c sugar
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 c mini chocolate chips
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Heat oven to 275
2. Grease and flour two cookie sheets
3. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry
4. Slowly add the 23 cup sugar and 12 teaspoon of salt
5. Beat until smooth and shiny
6. Stir in with a spoon 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 cup of nuts
7. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet
8. Bake 15 minutes at 275 or can turn off oven and leave kisses in oven overnight
9. Makes about 4 dozen
