Mini Micro Meat Loaves

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground beef
• 1 egg
• 2 slices bread grated into crumbs
• 2 Tbsp ketchup
• 12 tsp mustard
• 1 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 3 Tbsp chopped onion
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together Form into oblong mini loaf pans about 8
2. Bake on High or full power in your microwave for 8 minutes Remove and drain grease Turn loaves over and cook another 5 minutes
3. Remove and let stand 5 minutes before serving
