Mini Pizza

Ingredients

• Colonial white sandwich bread
• Cheddar cheese spread
• pizza sauce
• oregano
• pork sausage bulk
• Mozzarella cheese shredded
• paprika

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 475
2. With drinking glass cut one large circle from each slice of bread press bread flat
3. Place circles on cookie sheet and heat in oven for a couple of minutes to dry out bread
4. Spread each bread round with Cheddar cheese to edge spread 1 12 teaspoons pizza sauce canned or homemade and sprinkle with oregano
5. Place small thin pieces of uncooked sausage on next and top with shredded Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with paprika
6. Return to oven for approximately 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly
