Mini Reubens

Ingredients
- 20 slices cocktail rye bread
- 1 3 oz pkg corned beef thinly sliced
- 12 c sauerkraut drained
- 5 slices Swiss cheese cut in quarters
Directions
- Arrange corned beef on cocktail rye bread
- Cover lightly with sauerkraut
- Top with sliced Swiss cheese
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until cheese melts
- Serve hot
- Makes 20 appetizers
