Mini Strombolis
Ingredients
- 1 c Ricotta cheese
- 12 c grated Mozzarella
- 12 c grated Parmesan
- 20 thin slices pepperoni
- 1 pkg large flaky refrigerator biscuits
Directions
- Combine cheeses in a small bowl
- Halve each biscuit horizontally making 20 thin biscuits
- Gently shape each piece into a 2 14 x 4-inch oval
- Place a slice of pepperoni slightly off center on dough
- Top with level tablespoon of cheese mixture Moisten edges
- Fold over and pinch to seal
- Bake 20 minutes at 350 or until golden
- Makes 20 servings
