Miniature Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 c butter or margarine
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c flour
- 1 c finely chopped walnuts
Directions
- Line 72 mini muffin tins with baking cups or arrange baking cups on cookie sheets
- Melt butter in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat
- Add chocolate chips stir until melted
- Remove from heat
- Stir in sugar and vanilla
- Add eggs stir briskly Gradually stir in flour then nuts
- Fill baking cups 34 full Bake for 22 to 24 minutes at 350
