Miniature Cheesecakes1 Dozen
Ingredients
- 1 c graham cracker crumbs
- 14 c melted margarine
- 12 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 14 c sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- cherry or blueberry pie filling 12 can
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Line 12 muffin cups with cupcake papers
- In a small bowl mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine together
- Divide the cracker mixture among the 12 cups then press into the cups
