Miniature Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 14 c all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp salt optional
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 34 c firmly packed brown sugar
• 34 c granulated sugar
• 1 c butter or margarine softened
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 2 c semi-sweet chocolate mini chips 12 oz
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Combine flour salt and baking soda and set aside
2. Combine brown sugar and granulated sugar butter and vanilla extract beat until creamy
3. Add eggs beat well
4. Add dry ingredients mix well
5. Stir in semi-sweet chocolate mini chips and chopped nuts Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet
6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375
7. Makes approximately 6 dozen cookies
