Miniature Fruitcakes
Ingredients
- 34 c sugar
- 14 c all-purpose flour
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 18 tsp salt
- 1 12 c chopped walnuts
- 1 c chopped dates
- 34 c chopped mixed candied fruit about 4 oz
- 2 eggs separated
- 12 tsp vanilla extract
- halved candied cherries
Directions
- In a bowl combine the first 7 ingredients Combine egg yolks and vanilla stir into dry ingredients
