Miniature Ham Loaves

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 c evaporated milk
• 1 12 c graham cracker crumbs
• 1 14 lb ground fully cooked ham
• 1 14 bulk pork sausage
• 1 10 34 oz can tomato soup undiluted
• 1 c plus 2 Tbsp brown sugar packed
• 13 c vinegar
• 1 tsp ground mustard

Directions

1. In a bowl combine eggs milk and cracker crumbs
2. Mix well Add ham and sausage
3. Shape 13 cupfuls into individual loaves Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dishCombine the tomato soup brown sugar vinegar and mustard
4. Mix well and pour over loaves
5. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes basting every 30 minutes You can use 12 cup mixture instead of 13 but I like the smaller loaves
