Miniature Pizza Cups
Ingredients
- 34 lb ground beef
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 1 10 oz can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 Tbsp instant onion
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 to 34 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Cook and drain ground beef
- Stir in tomato paste onion and seasonings
- Cook over low heat for 5 minutes
- Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin pressing to make sure bottom and sides are covered
- Spoon 14 cup meat mixture into each biscuit-lined cup and then top with cheese
- Bake at 400 for 12 minutes
