Miniature Vegetable Crepes

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 12 c all-purpose flour
- 18 tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs slightly beaten
- 34 c milk
- 1 Tbsp finely minced green onion
- 1 Tbsp finely minced bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp finely grated carrots
Directions
- Melt butter in small saucepan or in the microwave
- In a medium bowl combine the flour black pepper eggs and milk Whisk until smooth
- Stir in the melted butter and vegetables Cover and let the batter rest for at least 45 minutes
