Mint Candy
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 box powdered sugar
- flavoring peppermint almond or lemon
- coloring to go with flavoring
Directions
- Beat egg white until bubbly
- Blend in butter sugar flavoring and coloring
- This should be like cookie dough
- Knead well then roll into balls
- Let sit on wax paper press down with a fork
