Mint Cordial
Ingredients
- 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 12 c whipping cream
- 1 c peppermint Schnapps
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth Store in an airtight container in refrigerator
- Shake well before serving
- Serve chilled
- Makes about 4 cups liqueur
