Mint Dazzler
Ingredients
- 4 c vanilla wafer crumbs
- 12 c margarine melted
- 12 c margarine
- 3 c powdered sugar
- 6 eggs beaten
- 6 sq semi-sweet chocolate melted
- 3 c Cool Whip
- 16 oz small marshmallows
Directions
- Mix and press into 12 x 9 x 2-inch dish the first two ingredients
- Cream together 12 cup margarine and powdered sugar add the eggs and chocolate which has been beaten until fluffy and light
- Pour this over the crust
- Set this in the freezer while you fold the marshmallows into the Cool Whip
- Spread this over the chocolate mixture
- Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candy Keep in freezer until ready to use
- Keeps well
