Mint Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 Tbsp finely chopped mint
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2Tbsp vegetable or salad oil
  • 12 c white vinegar
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Put in a jug the mint
  2. Cover with boiling water
  3. Add sugar oil and vinegar
  4. Add salt to taste
  5. Serve with roast lamb
