Mint Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 Tbsp finely chopped mint
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2Tbsp vegetable or salad oil
- 12 c white vinegar
- salt to taste
Directions
- Put in a jug the mint
- Cover with boiling water
- Add sugar oil and vinegar
- Add salt to taste
- Serve with roast lamb
