Miracle Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c coconut
- 12 c plain flour
- 14 c margarine or butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 c milk
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Put all ingredients in blender mix then pour into two 8-inch pie pans greased and floured
- Bake at 350 for 60 minutes
- A crust will form on bottom pie filling in center and coconut on top
