Miss JeanS Squash Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 c cooked squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup mixed with 12 c water
- 1 carton sour cream
- 3 Tbsp chopped pimento
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 pkg Pepperidge Farm dressing mix cornbread kind
Directions
- Combine melted butter with dressing mix
- Sprinkle small amount in casserole dish
- Save
- enough
- to cover top of casserole and combine the rest of crumbs with the other ingredients Pour into casserole dish
- Sprinkle the reserved crumbs on top Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown
