Mission Artichoke And Spinach Frittata
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c milk
- 1 c flour
- 1 tsp seasoned salt or onion powder
- dash of pepper
- 34 lb grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 oz jar marinated artichokes cut in small pieces
- 14 to 12 lb sliced mushrooms
- 4 c fresh spinach or chard chopped into small pieces
Directions
- Melt 14 cup or less margarine in 9 x 13-inch glass pan
- Beat the eggs then gradually mix in the remaining ingredients one at a time in order
- Pour in the 9 x 13-inch pan
- Bake at 325 for approximately 40 minutes
