Mississippi Caviar

Ingredients
- 3 cans black-eyed peas drained
- 1 jar sliced pimento drained
- 1 small bottle Italian dressing
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper chopped
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 12 cups chopped jalapeno
Directions
- Use peas and jalapenos for extra kick
- Mix all ingredients and marinate for at least 3 hours
- Best when marinates overnight Serve with dip style corn chips
