Mississippi Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1 c cornmeal yellow or white
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 14 c sugar
- 12 c salad oil
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 85 oz can cream-style corn
- 1 small onion chopped
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Bake in a 9-inch square baking pan or a 12-inch cast-iron skillet
- Bake at 375 about 35 minutes
