Mississippi Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 13 c cocoa
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 1 12 c flour
  • 2 c sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 12 c pecans optional
  • 1 jar Marshmallow Creme

Directions

  1. Melt together margarine and cocoa
  2. Cool
  3. Gradually add beaten eggs
  4. Sift flour sugar and salt and stir into batter
  5. Add vanilla and pecans
  6. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes in 14-inch jelly roll pan
  7. Remove from oven and spread Marshmallow Creme over cake immediately
