Mississippi Mud Pie

Ingredients

• 1 small pkg Oreo cookies
• 1 stick margarine melted
• 12 gal cookies and cream ice cream slightly softened
• 12 c chopped pecans
• hot fudge
• whipped cream

Directions

1. Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted margarine
2. Press into 9-inch pie plate and freeze 2 to 3 hours
3. Put ice cream in a bowl and stir until smooth Place in prepared crust and sprinkle with pecans
4. Freeze for at least 1 hour more time in freezer may be needed depending on how much the ice cream has melted
5. When ready to serve slice pie
6. Top each slice with hot fudge followed by whipped cream
