Mississippi Mud Pie

Ingredients

• 12 c finely chopped pecans
• 1 c flour
• 1 stick margarine
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 c powdered sugar
• 23 12 oz Cool Whip 3 12 c
• 3 c milk
• 1 large pkg instant chocolate pudding

1. Mix and spread on cream cheese layer
