Mississippi Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 34 cup sugar
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 3 Tbsp margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Boil syrup and sugar together for two minutes
- Pour slowly over eggs and stir well
- Add margarine vanilla and nuts Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes
