Mississippi Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Boil syrup and sugar together for two minutes
  2. Pour slowly over eggs and stir well
  3. Add margarine vanilla and nuts Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes
