Mississippi Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 c potatoes cooked and diced or 1 pkg frozen hash browns
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 lb American cheese diced
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c ripe or green olives sliced
- 4 to 6 slices bacon fried
Directions
- Toss together potatoes mayonnaise salt pepper cheese and onion
- Place mixture in greased 9 x 13-inch pan
- Sprinkle with crumbled
- bacon and sliced olives Bake at 325 for 1 hour
