Missouri Casserole

Ingredients

• sliced white potatoes (8 medium)
• 2 onions, sliced
• 2 to 3 lb. ground beef
• 2 cans crushed tomatoes
• salt
• pepper

Directions

1. Make 1 pound of your favorite meat loaf and pat into a 10-inch pie plate.
2. Spread 1 small can of tomato sauce over top and bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
3. Then add grated cheese over top and put back in oven until cheese is melted.
4. Slice like pie and serve with beer bread.
