Missy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb pkg frozen hash browns thawed
  • 16 oz carton sour cream
  • 10 34 oz can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c grated sharp cheese
  • 12 c butter softened
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 12 c buttery cracker crumbs

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients
  2. Spoon into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish
  3. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top
  4. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbly
  5. Serves 10 to 12
