Missy Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 lb pkg frozen hash browns thawed
- 16 oz carton sour cream
- 10 34 oz can cream of celery soup
- 1 c grated sharp cheese
- 12 c butter softened
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 12 c buttery cracker crumbs
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients
- Spoon into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish
- Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbly
- Serves 10 to 12
