Mixed Lobster And Haddock

Ingredients
- 2 c cooked haddock flaked
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 c lobster meat chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients while fish is warm
- Place in refrigerator in a covered jar for at least 3 hours
- The haddock will absorb the juice and taste from the lobster
- Serve as a salad or lobster roll
