Mixed Vegetables Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can of mixed vegetables medium size
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c grated American cheese
Directions
- Make a sauce by adding butter flour and salt
- Add cheese and cook over slow heat until melted
- Pour
- off liquid from can of vegetables and place in casserole dish
- Pour sauce over vegetables and bake 40 minutes in 375 oven
