Mo-Jo Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- 12 tsp thyme
- 12 tsp basil
- 12 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 14 c oil
- 1 12 tsp paprika
- 14 tsp cayenne pepper
- 12 tsp chili powder
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 egg
- 13 c milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450
- Wash and brush potatoes
- Cut into wedges
- Mix the seasonings into the flour
- Mix the egg with the milk
- Dip potato wedges into milk
- Dust with seasoned flour Place on a pastry sheet
- Drizzle with oil
- Bake in oven 20 to 25 minutes until browned and tender
