Mocha Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 23 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 12 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 23 c soft butter
- 2 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Grease 2 9-inch round layer pans Dust with cocoa
- Blend all ingredients at low speed
- Put mixer on high and beat 4 minutes
- Pour batter into prepared pans
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Cool layers in pans for 10 minutes
