Mocha Cream Frosting

Ingredients
- 3 c confectioners sugar
- 14 c cocoa
- 13 c butter or margarine
- 2 12 to 3 tsp instant coffee granules
- 2 Tbsp hot water
- 2 or 3 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Combine confectioners sugar and cocoa
- Cream butter with 12 cup cocoa mixture in small bowl
- Combine instant coffee and hot water until dissolved
- Add remaining cocoa mixture alternately with coffee and milk beat until spreading consistency
- Blend in vanilla
- Makes about 2 14 cups frosting
