Mocha Cream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 3 c confectioners sugar
  • 14 c cocoa
  • 13 c butter or margarine
  • 2 12 to 3 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 2 Tbsp hot water
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine confectioners sugar and cocoa
  2. Cream butter with 12 cup cocoa mixture in small bowl
  3. Combine instant coffee and hot water until dissolved
  4. Add remaining cocoa mixture alternately with coffee and milk beat until spreading consistency
  5. Blend in vanilla
  6. Makes about 2 14 cups frosting
