Mock Apple Pie

Ingredients

• 1 12 c sugar
• 2 c water
• 2 tsp cream of tartar
• 22 Ritz crackers
• 1 pie crust unbaked

Directions

1. Mix sugar water and cream of tartar in a saucepan and bring to a boil
2. Add crackers and boil for 2 minutes stir constantly Cool
3. Pour cooled mixture into unbaked pie crust and sprinkle top with cinnamon and butter pats
4. Bake at 350 until pie crust browns
