Mock Coconut Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 13 c Bisquick
- 1 14 c potato flakes
- 1 stick oleo melted
- 1 c sugar
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp coconut flavoring
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in order given
- Beat well Chill dough 1 hour
- Shape into small balls
- Put on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned
- Do not overbake
- Let cool on cookie sheet before removing
