Mock Cordon Blu
Ingredients
- 1 slice ham
- 1 slice turkey
- 1 slice Provolone cheese or Swiss
- biscuit crumbs
- melted margarine
Directions
- Roll together in this order
- turkey ham cheese the kind you buy or deli sliced slightly thicker
- Spread biscuit crumbs on top drizzle with margarine and bake until just heated
- Bake about 10 to 12 minutes at 350 to 400
- Serve over seasoned rice or can put gravy over if desired
