Mock Cream Icing

Ingredients

• 5 Tbsp flour
• 1 c milk
• 12 c butter
• 12 c shortening
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Make paste with flour and milk and cook until thick
2. Cool Beat butter shortening and sugar until light and fluffy
3. Add vanilla
4. Add to cooled paste mixture and beat until smooth
5. If chocolate icing is preferred use 1 square of melted chocolate
