Mock Hollandaise

Ingredients

• 1 14 lb stick butter or margarine
• 4 oz sour cream
• 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
• dash of garlic salt
• dash of pepper and salt
• 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

1. Melt butter in saucepan
2. Let cool briefly add remaining ingredients
3. Heat and serve
