Mock Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

• 14 c dairy sour cream
• 14 c mayonnaise or salad dressing
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 12 tsp prepared mustard

Directions

1. In a small saucepan combine all ingredients
2. Cook and stir over low heat until hot
3. Serve with vegetables poultry fish or eggs
4. Makes 12 cup or 8 12-tablespoon servings
