Mock Hollandaise Sauce
Ingredients
- 14 c dairy sour cream
- 14 c mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 12 tsp prepared mustard
Directions
- In a small saucepan combine all ingredients
- Cook and stir over low heat until hot
- Serve with vegetables poultry fish or eggs
- Makes 12 cup or 8 12-tablespoon servings
