Mock Lasagna
Ingredients
- 2 15 oz cans beef ravioli
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 c cottage cheese
- 14 c Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 6 oz pkg Mozzarella cheese slices
Directions
- In a baking pan spread 1 can ravioli
- In small bowl combine egg cottage cheese Parmesan cheese and parsley
- Spoon over ravioli
- Top with half the cheese slices
- Spoon remaining ravioli over cheese layer
- Bake uncovered in a 375 oven for 25 minutes
- Top with remaining cheese slices
- Bake until cheese melts
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving
