Mock Lemon Pie

Ingredients

• 2 c water
• 1 12 c sugar
• 5 heaping Tbsp flour
• salt
• 1 tsp vinegar
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 tsp lemon extract
• 2 egg whites
• 2 Tbsp sugar

Directions

1. Mix and cook together the first 5 ingredients
2. Add eggs and lemon extract cook a little bit more
3. Cool and pour into baked pie crust
4. Beat egg whites add 2 tablespoons sugar
5. Put on top and brown in hot oven
